Our global client based in Prague is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join a dynamic Infrastructure team.
You will be responsible for configuration, installation, deployment, and upgrade or repairs to Virtualization Platforms and related infrastructure.
As well as providing support of all technical issues related to Private Cloud Infrastructure, you will also have a voice on making recommendations for infrastructure improvements. Contribute to creating new system recommendations to meet user needs, including the system configurations and installation planning.

The infrastructure team will also consult with and make recommendations to the Architecture Team, Service Manager, and Project Teams deploying applications on the company VMWare environment and migrations to Private Cloud Platforms

Ideal candidates will have:

*Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure support, configuration, installation, deployment experience
*Virtualisation, VMWare and Cloud technologies.
*VMWare
*Converged (Vblock) and Hyper-converged (Nutanix) knowledge desirable
*Basic knowledge of ITIL
*Understanding of Infrastructure Architecture
