Infrastructure Engineer/Specialist (3rd LINE) - Luton

Infrastructure Analyst / 3rd line support Analyst required by Progressive's Luton based solutions provider. On offer is the chance to join a growing organisation who are a market leader within their field, where there is a chance to progress in to an Infrastructure architect role. This is a hands on role that will give the successful candidate the chance to play a key role in the company's future infrastructure roadmap. You will be responsible for supporting a wide range of business critical systems in a fast moving systems environment. You will also be expected to provide expert level troubleshooting for complex technical problems. In order to be suitable you must have demonstrable experience in a third line role within a Microsoft environment ideally with most of the following technologies: - Windows/ Up- Exchange - SQL Server- LInux- TCP/IP/ LANS& WANS- Server clustering- Citrix- Active Directory- Cisco Routers/ Switches- Firewalls- Symantec Ideally you will also be certified to both CCNA/ MCSE level.
