We are currently looking for a Infrastructure Engineer MSCA & mobile support for our client in the printing technologies

SHORT JOB DESCRIPTION
We require an Support Engineer to support the phones and smart phones after rollout.

POSITION'S MAIN TASKS
Support of end user operational requests and incidents.

- Solving incidents
- Handling requests
- Investigating and solving problems, liaising with others

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- Good knowledge of the professional use of smart phones, phones, and the way they integrate and communicate with business IT systems.
- Also medior level skills for workplace infrastructure and workplace applications, basic network knowledge and Back Office email systems.
- Preferably familiar with TOPdesk (big plus) and implementation of ITIL working procedures.
- Senior secondary vocational education in ICT support/administration
- MCSA certified
- Mobile support

BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS
- Customer oriented,
- self motivated,
- team player.
- Someone who takes initiative and ownership.

Field of experience: Experience in end user ICT support in a large business environment.
