What You'll Be Doing:

- You will be managing incidents, problems and changes within a Microsoft infrastructure.
- You will need to ensure the constant availability and high performance running of an E-commerce high transactional web based solution.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- You must have previous experience working in a fast paced environment supporting and ensuring the constant availability of an E-commerce high transactional web based solution.
- You must have excellent Microsoft Administration skills.
- You should have a strong understanding of working to ITIL standards.
