Infrastructure Engineer (2nd/3rd line)

An Infrastructure Engineer required. An Infrastructure Engineer is required to support computer People's client based in Rolle, Switzerland for 12 months.

Fluent French speaking and writing is required for this vacancy.

Up to 25% travel will be expected from the successful candidates as the client has other sites in France which are up to up to 3 hours away, so you will need dependable transportation.

The Infrastructure Engineer should have at least 5 years' experience in an enterprise environment, performing workplace and site support at a 2nd/3rd line level.

The Infrastructure Engineer will have a proven track record working with a number of desktop infrastructure technologies including Windows OS, MS Office and hardware including Laptops, Desktops, and Mobile devices.

It would also be highly desirable that the Infrastructure Engineer has hands on experience working within an infrastructure Back Office environment as well as an understanding of video conferencing hardware (eg Polycom).

The Infrastructure Engineer will perform administration, configuration and support of various site systems and end-user related technology hardware and software. You will also be expected to ensure that incidents, requests and changes are handled according to agreed procedures and service levels, including supporting documentation.
