Infrastructure Engineer

I am looking for 3 candidates and 1 German speaking for this role.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Demonstrate technical leadership in the area of Collaboration and associated technologies. Make technical decisions and understand complex low level design documents enough to implement into operational use within a change controlled organization. Must have the ability to document and hand over day to day support of implementations to 1st and 2nd level support teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

- Experience supporting/installing/configuring Microsoft products
- Microsoft SCCM 2012
- Microsoft SCCM 2012 + versions (For Example 1511, 1610, 1702)
- Application Virtualisation - Microsoft App-v v4.6 + v5 (or similar technologies)
- Experience in SCCM administration and packaging tasks
- Application discovery and reporting
- Internal testing of deployed packages
- Management and effective use of SCCM collections
- Management of application catalogs and SCCM Software Center
- Setting up and supporting SCCM site and role configuration
- Windows Server 2008/2012 Management
- Microsoft Active Directory/Group Policy Management
- Networking fundamentals
- Incident, Problem and Change management using Remedy (or similar ITIL based tool)
- Participating in 24x7 on-call rota for SCCM technologies and systems
- Career history in supporting a Microsoft Windows distributed environment demonstrating problem determination skills, project work and adherence to IT processes and standards.
- Scripting skills, Eg. Powershell
- Microsoft Windows 7 support skills and appreciation of changes in Windows 10
- Technical leadership skills to manage and collaborate with support teams in all support activities

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

- Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in IT or other technical studies
- Highly specific skill set or technical training;
- Advanced educational credentials required;
- Greater prior experience in this role (5+ years)
