Play a key hands on role in supporting & developing IT infrastructure. Act as a point of escalation and lead junior colleagues, take responsibility for specific technical projects within the IT team.

3rd/4th line server & Infrastructure Troubleshooting
Root Cause Analysis & Out of Hours Support
Hyper-V Administration/migrations/SCVMM
Windows system administration/server build experience (server 2003/2008/2012)
Active directory administration/server build experience (server 2003/2008/2012)
Backup & restore technology (Veeam, Arcserve, Thinking Safe)
VMware Administration/Migrations
Storage solutions/shared storage (NAS, QNAP, IBM/Fujitsu, HP Hardware)
ISCSI/SAN Storage management (LUN's/Access/Raid/Volume Access)
RDS deployment, Maintenance & support
SQL server administration
Desirable:
MCITP/MCSE/MCDST/CCNA
