My client is a leading Hedge Fund dealing with Algorithmic trading systems. We are looking to add a Strong Linux Infrastructure Engineer who wants to wear a variety of different hats. The candidate will have strong knowledge in Low Latency high frequency environments and be a master in trouble shooting.
Qualifications/ Skills
Must have experience with real-time, ASP, or mission-critical 24/7 trading systems
Must be able to increase trading volumes, and meet latency requirements demanded by trading partners.
Strong experience with evaluating and implementing open source tools Mellanox Solarflare
Network servers and switches (AD, DNS, DHCP, WINS integration, Group Policy, Security, TCP, MCAST, and SNMP)
Experience with several flavors of Linux
Experience with troubleshooting firewalls, VPNs, and IP Routing
Experience Scripting in Perl or Python environment
