Amoria Bond is looking for an Infrastructure Developer for one of our major clients in Groningen, for a 12 months project (12 months contract). This is a Full time freelance position, with the option to work remote one day in the week.

Due to the start up of several new projects and internal changes, my client is looking for an Infrastructure Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and trying out new Infrastructure Products in a lab environment, configuring, and selecting products. Then technical designs will be written and in close communication with the suppliers, build the products. After that there will be a hand over to the system administrators.

Yearly there are 150 projects, and every Infrastructure Developer is responsible for two or three projects at the same time. The client has a Unix/Linux and a Windows environment, and is looking for a multifunctional profile with the skills as described below. However, one does not need all the skills, as there are specialists on all disciplines to help out the successful Infrastructure Developer.

Preferably, someone would have worked with Infrastructure architecture, but a must is to have written Technical Desgns. The most important technical skills are Windows (domains) Active Directory, VMware (ESX) virtualisation, Networking (Cisco, Big IP, F5 load balancing, Fortigate, 'zonering'), and LDAP. Nice to have skills lie in Security (PKI certificates), WebSphere, JBOSS, Tivoli Access Manager (TAM).
