Infrastructure Delivery and End User Support Coordinator (Contract, Zurich)

In this challenging contract position you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of end user infrastructure as well as for coordinating end user support activities. You will run Infrastructure Service Operations, purchase infrastructure and control the implementation of policies, projects and instructions. If requested, you will personally carry out hands-on support activities with VIP users. Additionally, you will coordinate activities for the global implementation of a new Asset Management Tool.

This is a contract position in Zurich.
The start date is ASAP.
The contract duration is 1 year, with possible extensions.
The project language is English. Knowledge of German is advantageous.

For this position, we are searching for a candidate who has experience with delivery of user service. The ideal candidate is used to working with implementation of standards and rules. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with Infrastructure Service Delivery, user support, and dealing with VIP customers.
