Infrastructure Compliance Project Manager, German & English, Banking

For one of our clients, a leading bank located in Zurich, Swisslinx is urgently seeking a Senior Project Manager.

- Successful candidate will oversee set up of a strategic configuration monitoring solution
- Candidate must be able to drive the project forward in an assertive and independent manner using a virtual project team located in Switzerland, the UK, the US and Asia Pacific
- Projects must be managed transparently and according to the project management framework with particular emphasis on the processes and seamless integration into the in-house technical assets

In order to be considered for this role, you will require the following:
- Strong stakeholder management and communications skills are essential in both English and German. Project requires political finesse with many stakeholders, many of whom are senior
- PMP or other project management certification and experience of RUP, both distinct advantages
- Understanding of IT security, software development, build and compliance standards
- Good understanding and exposure to compliance and audit in a financial or other highly regulated environment
- Background in software development and testing as well as knowledge of configuration management and deployment mechanisms distinct advantage
- Able to work flexible hours to enable contact with Asia Pacific and the US

This is a contract to start ASAP, engagement at 100% until June 2014.
