Infrastructure Business Analyst - 6 Month Contract

BUSINESS ANALYST - INFRASTRUCTURE

Leading Financial Services organisation is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in the delivery of IT Infrastructure.

AS THE BUSINESS ANALYST YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Providing effective communication and liaising with business stakeholders, business solutions managers, infrastructure engineers, software developers and end users
- Process modelling, process mapping, documentation and descriptions along with reviewing and assisting in the creation of procedural documentation
- Employ tools and techniques in data analysis and Datamodelling and business process engineering
- Review solution designs and perform gap analysis against business and technical requirements documentation
- Manage requirements through-out the project life cycle and ensure that end-to-end requirements are performed in accordance to pre-defined standards
- Act as an SME for Business Requirements Management and Process Excellence and ensure other analysts are trained and follow standards and principles for all projects
- Assist Change Management in review of training documentation and communications financial services industry, operational processes, product & service delivery, business systems, information security & knowledge management
- Excellent documentation skills and trained expertise in Business & Solution Requirements Analysis
- Experience in process modelling and business process re-engineering
- Strong experience in use of business analysis tools strong ability to converse with both end-users and Technology staff at all levels
- Ability to interview and interact with business and technical stakeholders at all levels

ADDITIONALLY IT WOULD BE HIGHLY REGARDED TO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- IIBA, CBAP, CCBA, ITIL, PMI CAPM, Six Sigma
- Experience in the delivery of network infrastructure technology
