Infrastructure Architect, Web Entry, Banking (Contract, Zurich)

For our client, one of the most instantly recognisable brands in the banking sector, Swisslinx are looking for an Infrastructure Architect with strong Unix/Linux and Web Entry knowhow for a new 6 month contract in Zurich with a strong chance for extension.

INFRASTRUCTURE ARCHITECT, WEB ENTRY, BANKING (CONTRACT, ZURICH)

In this challenging new role you will take charge of maintaining and enhancing the security concept of the Web Entry infrastructure. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Understand, maintain and improve the security concept of the Web Entry infrastructure (including tools and concepts)

Manage Project Requests for the Web Entry Server Infrastructure, like project consulting, identifying gaps, development needs, estimate efforts and costs.

Operate, improve and maintain the Web Entry Server Infrastructure (XML/SOAP)

Have a deep understanding of the Web Entry Server Infrastructure, encryption, authentication and authorization

life cycle management, Software and tools, Capacity analyzes, task automation

Working with repositories, versioning control eg Subversion (SVN)

In order to be considered for this dynamic role, you will possess the following skills and experience:

Very strong Unix/Linux skills (Solaris/RedHat)

Very strong knowledge of Apache, Apache Tomcat, Apache Struts, Subversion

Strong knowledge of Web Application Firewall (OWASP/ModSecurity)

Strong knowledge of Web-Services (XML/SOAP)

Strong skills of authentication and authorization mechanisms

Strong skills of Scripting languages, Bash, Python, Java

Good knowledge in networking, routing

Experience with Web Entry Server desirable

Fluency in English (German nice to have)
