MY DUTIES:

-Environment Planning and Administration: Acting as contact of SAP to all tenant related requests; Communicate Upgrades, Downtimes and other tenant relevant information to all workstream leads; Validate current tenant structure with all workstream leads; Maintain overview of all tenants with timelines regarding commissioning and maintenance; Maintain tenants is SAP Support Launchpad
-Environment Integration: Initiate and process customers global onboarding process; Elaborate necessary documents for global integration; Process NIS Application Readiness Process and align with local Security; Apply for necessary certificates and certifications to integrate S4 HANA Cloud into customers global landscape; Create Connection Agreements and Security Credentials to enable interfacing to local and global systems as well as to customers middleware environments
-Elaborate tenant related documents necessary to connect to global and cloud systems as well as to customers middleware environments
-Address firewall requests, elaborate documents and do groundwork for enabling interfaces
-Apply for necessary certificates and certifications to enable interfacing
-Perform all other necessary configurations in SCP and cloud tenant to enable integration and interfacing
-Define onboarding process for new interfacing to establish an efficient and reliable process

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Strong communication skills in the English language
-Profound knowledge of the SAP Activate Methodology
-Good overview about SAP Cloud Platform Architecture and Services
-General knowledge of user administration in Cloud Platform
-Overview about architecture and connectivity of S4 Cloud Solution
-Know-how of user administration in S4 Cloud and IAS
-Ability to work independently in a highly dynamic and challenging environment
