This is an exciting long-term project based in Eindhoven, Netherlands; In search for a motivated and experienced Infrastructure Architect to join a global, multinational company.

INFRASTRUCTURE ARCHITECT - EINDHOVEN (NETHERLANDS) - IMMEDIATE START

ROLE DETAILS

GOAL

- Knows and maintains the customer reference architecture in order to guarantee the agreed services.

ROLE

- Guards and accepts technical landscape designs
- Act as advisor to Business Relation Manager (BRM) and technical engineers
- Can be delegate of SDM in CAB

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintains technical designs, data and information of Customer's landscape
- Responsible for maintaining the entire customer landscape and for that to have an integrated overview of the landscape
- Leads meetings with customer and delivery (Service Architects, tech & TSM) on topics related
- Customer (Service) Landscape Documents (CRA)
- Customer Roadmap (ao Lifecycle management, Risk dashboard)
- impact analyses on landscape regarding incident, changes & problems
- Responsible for advice and technical impact during crisis management
- Continuously assesses landscapes, start improvement proposals for landscape components on effectiveness and efficiency
- Responsible for landscape risk management (Identifies Single Points of Failures, etc.)
- Reports improvements and advices SDM regarding the quality of ITIL processes like configuration, release and life cycle management
- Reports to Service Delivery Manager

Very good understanding and experience of Infrastructure Architect is a must!
