INFRASTRUCTURE ARCHITECT DATA CENTRE MIGRATION ZURICH.

A global organisation requires an experienced Infrastructure Architect with extensive Data Centre Migration experience, they are looking for a Architect with 12 - 15 years of experience.

You must have the following experience and skills:

- Hands on experience in DC Migration projects migrating IT Assets (Servers, Storage, Network) from one datacenter to another.
- Understanding of the Customer Strategy and Business Requirements
- Experience translating Business Requirements into Technical Requirements
- Experience developing High Level Design to meet Customer requirements
- Ensured Traceability of requirements through design, implementation and testing phases of the project.
- Hands on experience in delivering high value System Integration projects.
- Deep understanding on various aspects of technology such as;
- Datacenter migration.
- Servers (UNIX and Wintel)
- Consolidation and Virtualization
- Storage and backup
- Data centre build and implementation
- Network (LAN and WAN)
- Disaster Recovery/BCP
- Strong technical background in one of the core IT Infrastructure areas like Platform/Network/Database (L3 or above)
- Detail and high level designing experience across multiple technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and reports at the local and senior business management level
