Infrastructure Architect/Consultant - The Netherlands (Amsterdam)

Languages: DUTCH or ENGLISH

Skills and experience:

- Experience working in highly customized and fluid environments
-Experience with/Knowledge of Oracle, Linux & UX, Windows and Storage (Huawei and 3PAR is desirable)
-Networking, networking devices and security appliances
-Good communication skills and able to advice and convince both management and engineers
-Experienced in creating business cases for future infrastructure strategy (investment proposals)

Description of work:

- Overseeing and managing/coordinating several IT infra Projects (design & coordination)
-Improvement of infrastructure redundancy and high availability for 4G chain
-Phase out and decommissioning of storage array and Legacy systems
-Improvement on user management for production databases that complies with Group Security Standards
-Oracle upgrade project
-Future IT infrastructure delivery strategy
- Adjusting the scope to meet changing requirements during the project
- Alignment with different stakeholders in both The Netherlands and colleagues from Shared Operations (Nordic)
- Advise to management on strategically technical subjects
- Reporting and communicating on progress of projects to management
- You are able to work on different projects and matters at the same time
