TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
In-depth knowledge and expertise of technical platforms, including:
Extensive EXPERIENCE IN AIX, LINUX, WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEMS.
Extensive Experience INTEL-BASED X86/X64, IBM POWERSERIES HARDWARE.
Experience in application HOSTING PLATFORMS JBOSS, .NET, TOMCAT, WEBSPHERE .
Good Exposure FILE AND MESSAGE TRANSFER PRODUCTS AND PROTOCOLS.
Good cross functional platform - DB2, MONGODB, ORACLE AND SQL SERVER RELATIONAL DATABASE SYSTEMS.
LAN and WAN networking products and protocol and LOAD BALANCING, FIREWALL AND HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE SECURITY products.
Aware of the history of platforms and can explain how it came to be as it is
Good understanding and exposure in SERVICE DELIVERY, SERVICE SUPPORT
Security MANAGEMENT,IT ARCHITECTURE
Solid knowledge of all the major COMPONENTS IN A VENDOR'S SOLUTION
Competent in discussing the technology with vendor escalation support team
