JOB TITLE: "INFRASTRUCTURE ARCHITECT"
JOB LOCATION: DUBLIN, IRELAND (LOCALS PREFERRED)
JOB TYPE: CONTRACT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Service Design architects are responsible for specifying the optimum technical & most cost effective solution architectures for Mobile, Fixed, Core Network & Infrastructure technologies.
Architects ensure that technology architectures are aligned to a set of architectural standards.
An ability to clearly articulate, communicate & promote their solution designs is a key requirement of the role.
Work within the established e2e development process to:
Analyze business requirements in terms of a portfolio of IT systems
Produce solution design documentation, including effort and cost estimates
Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign
Experience in systems analysis
Experience in architecting, implementing and supporting distributed systems that include database and networking technologies and understanding the associated business implications.
Partners with our Infrastructure team in creation of new technical solutions based on technical knowledge and insight regarding industry trends and associated implications for Telecom services.
Telecoms background useful
