Infrastructure Architect

Background

Our Central Government client is looking to take on an Infrastructure Architect to work a 9 month contract based in Corsham.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

The post will be a required to liaise and interact with other key members of the team specifically relating to the MooD tools and repositories.

The primary function for this post will be to provide management of the Architect Modelling toolset (MooD).

This function will involve:
1.Development of required Business Cases to support funding and commercial requirements for ongoing annual support licensing for the MooD suite of software tools.
2.Development of the required Business Cases to contract the MooD Hosting environment using G-Cloud services.
3.Management of the required tasks to provide the software licenses, ncluding co-ordination task across the Operating Centre;
4.Development and management of the tasking of external contractors for provision of a federated repository of MooD architectures, including the provision and roll-out of MooD Active Enterprise tools;
5.Liason with other depts over the provision of licenses and access to the hosting environment.
6.Organisation of MooD User group, including agenda, minutes and management of action items in co-ordinaton with the team.

Skills/Experience Required

- Systems Engineer, Systems Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Moddeling
- HND/HNC - Minimum qualification
- MooD, Modaf, Sfia
