Infrastructure Architect

EDT Global have been engaged by a well known client of theirs based in Perth, WA to assist with the search for an experience infrastructure Architect to join them on an initial 12mth fixed term contract.

You will be a professional with a solid attention to detail, you will be working on Designing and implementing Data Centre solutions and reviewing and supervising design components

SOME OF THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE ARE AS FOLLOWS:
* Experience in the design and architecture of highly available ICT (Data Centre) services in a large scale environment
* Solid understanding of infrastructure related offerings from key vendors including Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, EMC, NetApp and Citrix etc
* Exposure to enterprise application architectures and technologies such as Middleware, distributed application environments and web server environments.
* Experience in large scale Data Centre migrations
* The ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing - essential

As you will be involved in Greenfield data centre projects it's expected that you will of worked within this environment on previous projects.

This is a fantastic 12mth fixed term contract with a salary package in the region of $140k - as it's fixed term you'll also receive the benefits of a permanent employee.
