* Knowledge & experience of Windows XP/Windows 7
* General Application support of both PC-based and Client-Server applications.
* Broad understanding of IT Infrastructure including networking and server systems.
* Ability to prioritise work to work to strict deadlines.
* Experienced 2nd/3rd level support analyst
* Good verbal and written communication
Desirable:
* Experience and knowledge of software deployment technologies
* A good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory.
* A good understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience and knowledge of Remedy call logging systems.
