For our client, a leading international company in Munich, we are currently hiring a

* Operational responsibility for the application network infrastructure
* Responsible for the infrastructure of all DMZ layers together with VM instance for web and application servers
* Planning, designing and change management for future network changes and infrastructure of Linux servers as well as the entire IT infrastructure
* You will serve as interface to the service providers and clients
* Planning, designing and automation of the infrastructure operations (deployment, patching, compliance, backups)
* Monitoring the IT-security policies and standards
* SSL and DNS Management
* Firewall and Load Balancer configuration and management
* Network traffic analysis
* Incident management

Your profile:
* University Diploma in Informatics or similar education with several years of experience of working in IT-infrastructure and ideally data centre
* Profound experience in Linux administration and scripting with Bash, Python or Perl
* Very good infrastructure knowledge (Storage, Server, Load Balancers, Firewalls)
* Very good knowledge of XML, JSON, Web-Services
* Depth knowledge in virtualization and VMware
* Experience in large system environments with multiple locations worldwide
* Ideally experience with Puppet and/or Ansible
* Excellent communication skills and team player
* Very Good English (orally and written)
