JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Overall 5 - 10 years of IT experience
- IT experience in a complex infrastructure environment
- Experience dealing with Back End telecommunications and Infrastructure Application disciplines
- Expertise in Windows 2008/2003/AD/Vmware/Citrix (installation, deployment, maintenance, debugging knowledge)
- MCSE, MCSA, Network+, UNIX, VAX, VCP, certification would be an asset
- Extensive hardware and system software knowledge
- Familiar with automated server processes such as remote monitoring, installation & deployment
- Participation on teams with members located in multiple geographies
- ITIL certifications
