Assistant Manager/Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Overall delivery of Infotainment components in particular Audio Systems and Antenna Systems and related functions
- Overall delivery of Infotainment components in particular Instrument Cluster and related functions
- Overall delivery of Infotainment components in particular Switches and related functions
- Overall delivery of Infotainment components in particular Interior Control Unit (climate control and roof control units) and related functions
- Overall delivery of Infotainment components in particular Multi Media Systems and related functions

Specification of technical and functional requirements
- Scope projects and identify resource requirements
- Provide project management and technical leadership to Infotainment team
- Developing and reviewing project work plans
- Manage supplier and contractors for Audio and Antenna Systems which may include travelling to supplier sites
- Resolve issues and/or ambiguities found in specifications during the vehicle development cycle
- Conduct electronics technical design reviews with suppliers
- Support vehicle launch which may include travelling to the manufacturing plant to resolve issues

Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of multimedia infotainment electronics development experience
- Experience with vehicle EE architecture, network buses (CAN, LIN and etc.), UDS diagnostics.
- Experience with ECU (Electronic Control Module) development and validation process
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Experience in working with, and/or for, and Electronic Control Manufacturer is desirable
- Experience of working in automotive environment desirable
- The ideal candidate should have experience ranging from conceptualization through production
