Information Technology (IT) Debug Engineer

Yoh has contract opportunity for an INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) DEBUG ENGINEER to join our client in Portland, OR.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Debug engineer will provide technical support for up to 50 Managed Service Providers as they deploy vPro platforms and implement the associated use cases using Kaseya, Level One and other MSP consoles.
- Debug engineer will also be required to set up and maintain a testing environment that will be used to reproduce and troubleshoot reported issues.
- Work with ISV's and other engineers on behalf of customers to resolve issues that arise.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous vPro/AMT experience required.
- IT Console experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written skills required.
- Excellent customer support skills required.

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:
- Previous experience in IT preferred.
- Knowledge of Kaseya, Level One or other MSP console preferred.
