Information Specialist, Information Architect, Data Architect 635 Day

An Information Specialist (Information Architect/Data Architect) is required with expert recent knowledge of the NHS to undertake the following duties;
1. Definition of the primary care interoperability requirements and standards.
2. Creation of the interoperability strategy for primary care setting.
3. Creation of an Integrated Digital Care Record Data Model.
4. Definition of urgent care interoperability requirements and standards.
5. Creation of the interoperability strategy for urgent care setting.
6. Definition of social care interoperability requirements and standards.
7. Creation of the interoperability strategy for social care setting.
8. Establishment of impact assessment framework to be used for assessing new interoperability requirements.

ESSENTIAL experience for this role (which must be recent) is as follows:
Ability to create information and interoperability standards
Expert understanding of NHS IT
Experience in digital information sharing
Track record of designing critical system/service specifications
Experience of supporting key stakeholders to understand informatics functionality and requirements
Commercial understanding Organisation Development and Change
Knowledge of NHS IT supplier market places and products

Based in Leeds,Yorkshire.
Rate up to a max of 635 per day.
Candidates must be eligible to undergo Security Clearance for this role.
