Information Security Project Manager

Basic Qualifications
* Degree in Business, Engineering, Science or other quantitative discipline.
* 3 years + Project Management or Business Analysis for IT Security - Identity and Access Management practice
* 3 years + experience in IT risk management and controls in Financial Service industry

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
* Good experience leading global IT development projects, preferably in Information Security.
* Strong Identity Management (IDM) domain knowledge and exposure to working with market leading identity management toolsets (e.g. Oracle Identity Manager, Tivoli Identity Manager, etc.)
* Business focus with thorough appreciation of IT issues and how IT enables the banking business.
* Understanding of Identity and Access management, Active Directory and overall IT infrastructure landscape
* Certified in one or more fields of Information Security or IT controls (e.g. CISA, CISSP, GIAC, etc.).
* IT process optimization experience. ITIL certification a plus.
* Excellent oral and written communications and inter-personal skills. Empowering style.
* Ability to multi-task, ability to think laterally and to have input to propose detailed, complex solutions to technical issues.
* Self starter, highly motivated, and can-do attitude.
* Must be a good team player and also have the ablility to work alone / unsupervised

Experience Required
* Proven experience in developing project plans and coordinating gathering of project artifacts (e.g., requirements) from project stakeholders who are in multiple global locations
* Strong analytical and investigation skills. Ability to resolve issues in a high-pressure and time critical environment
* Familiar with Information Security, Risk and ITIL concepts
