INFORMATION SECURITY OFFICER

My client, a leading financial organisation based over in the Netherlands are looking for an Information Secruity Officer to lead their IT Security team. They are looking for someone who has a passion for protecting technology environments and is enthusiast about their ideas, approaches and actions.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Around 15+ years of relevant work experience, including consulting and general industry experience with a focus on regulatory compliance
- Has relevant IT security certifications (like CISSP)
- Ability to react to high pressure dynamic changing environments

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead an enterprise wide global team that provides guidance and oversight of all information risk management processes and strategies
- Responsible for end to end information security policies, developing secure technology and overseeing implementation of controls and performance reporting
- Manages audit and regulatory inquiries and external vendor relationships to and represents the Company as the information security and technology risk subject matter expert
- Collaborates with business groups to understand their technology needs and guide in managing a workable information secure environment
- Manage the different levels of risk tolerance, risk appetite and risk exposure across the organisation and balance this with risk investments
