INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGER - INSURANCE - LONDON - £300-£500/DAY

My client is a leading Insurance organisation based in the City. They have a fantastic opportunity for an Information Security Manager to join them in this newly created position.

As the Information Security Manager your responsibilities are to lead, manage and develop Information Security framework based on best practice, ensuring that it is appropriately implemented, communicated, understood and complied with.

The overall objective for this role would be to ensure the Information Security Framework is appropriately communicated, implemented, monitored and enforced.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGER

Insurance, Consultancy or Financial Services experience

Stakeholder Management

Extensive Info security experience including experience with both non IT and IT related security controls, including security awareness, access controls, security intrusion, emerging security threats, detection and prevention methodologies

Broad and high level knowledge of Network, Application and Security technology, such as Firewalls, encryption, Cyber Intrusion Management

Excellent knowledge of Data Protection
