INFORMATION SECURITY ARCHITECT - FINANCIAL SERVICES - BIRMINGHAM - 6 MONTH CONTRACT - £450-550 PER DAY

A great opportunity for an Information Security Architect has opened at an international financial services institution based in Birmingham.

The Information Security Architect will develop and deliver security architecture solutions across the organisation in all areas of global operations.

The successful Information Security Architect will play a key role in defining information security architecture as well as communicating, promoting and influencing to ensure its adoption.

The Information Security Architect will need strong experience of providing information security guidance and project management to a large financial services organisation. Industry recognised qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO27001-Lead Implementer is required.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- Experience in an Information Security Architect role within a large financial organisation.
- A strong technical background in IT, Network, and Security control point infrastructure elements.
- Industry recognised qualifications; CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, ISO27001-Lead Implementer, IAPP
- Working knowledge of enterprise architecture, frameworks, and tools; TOGAF, SABSA, Archimate
- Working knowledge of industry recognised controls frameworks; COBIT, ITIL
- Working knowledge of project management approaches and frameworks; Prince2, Agile, Scrum
