Information Security Analyst, English only, Banking, Contract, Zürich

On behalf of our client, leading bank in Switzerland, Swisslinx is looking for an Information Security Analyst.

The candidate will have responsibility for the management of key security administration processes including associated management reporting. This role initially focuses on data leakage administration but once developed the right candidate would be in a position to engage and support strategic development across the function.

- Monitor, analyse and escalate the security alerts in IB globally
- Analyse and approve requests raised by IB staff
- Follow up the alerts and incidents with the business representatives until resoled in timely manner
- Produce the professionally presented management reports on regular basis
- Provide input and feedback to allow the further improvement of information security tools and processes

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOUR CV MUST REFLECT THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- Strong verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills in order to act as a contact and explain the solutions to users with different levels of knowledge
- Strong analysis skills to enable analysis of alert and requests from business point of view
- Analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Understanding of access control, data protection leakage and approvals workflow
- Understanding of information security principles and how these should be applied
- Understanding of IT activities such as software development, production support, deployment and release processes, testing, and how they are managed in a large organisation
- Familiar with financial industry or large corporate organisations

Candidate must have good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills and also demonstrate IT security and risk management and IT knowledge

This is a 6 months contract with possibility of extension to start in October (100%) and located in Zurich.
