Information Security Analyst

We are seeking Information Security Analyst for a 6 month contract position in Alpharetta, GA.

Role of the Complaince and Risk Analyst (information Security Analyst 3) is to plan and lead audit and assessment activities for ISO 27001, SOX, SOC1 and SOC2, and HIPAA.

Required

- Extensive experience in performing and preparing for IT audits
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or equivalent experience
- Proven successful experience in audit and assessment leadership
- Prior successful experience performing IT Controls audits
- Prior experience in coordinating audit activities required to assess compliance
- Demonstrated ability to track and prioritize risks with associated remediation actions
- Proven effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate without appreciable direction
- Proven effective teaming and inter-personal skills
- Proven ability to asses situations, make recommendations, and implement recommendations to create more efficient processes
- Strong passion and interest in the security space

DESIRED

- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Familiarity with ITIL
- Familiarity with Cloud Security Alliance (CSA)

EDUCATION:

- 4-year degree in information assurance, information security, computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- Experience: 4+ years experience in audit, information security, information assurance role
