Senior Information, Risk & Compliance Officer needed!
Outstanding opportunity to work for a global giant in the area of security, Risk, compliance and governance.
*Minimum two years of successful hands-on working experience from large, global, fast-paced, results-oriented consumer and/or technology oriented organization/s across geographic locations
*Minimum two years participation in and/or management of Information Risk mgmt and Security projects/initiatives
*Experience and full understanding of Information security standard and Risk mgmt, as ISO27K
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Subject Matter Expert on information security metrics and processes, as incident mgmt and more
* Strong presentation and communication skills to socialize the business impact and risk exposes to different stakeholders
*Strong Excel and MS Office, Sharepoint skills
*Ability to work with large, complex data sets
*Strong data extraction, analytical and problem solving skills
*Excellent English skills, verbal and in writing is required
*Skills in facilitating workshops and perform training
*Experience from ITIL v2/v3 or other relevant process framework.
*Bachelor in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related
*Preferred working experience from eGRC Archer or similar tool
Archer/Security/governance/risk/compliance/metrics/GRC Tool/Excel/MS Office/Sharepoint/ITIL Certified/automated reporting/ISO27001
Major responsibilities and tasks:
*In cooperation with the CISO team drive Process management and control framework, self assessments, Compliance testing as well as QA and evidence review
*Define, develop and deliver appropriate measurements and participate in selecting and drive implementation of efficient tools/processes
*Responsible for all Information security reporting metrics including KPIs, scorecards, dashboards and presentations
* Development and introduction of more efficient, effective and automated reporting through the uses of tools, such as Archer (GRC tool) and others.
*Manage and drive company requirements through to implementation or redesign of the eGRC Archer tool to meet and reflect security risk and operational reporting on company as well as group level.
* Ability to coordinate and implement ad-hoc assignments.
* Working directly with business and IT teams and stakeholders to define process and measurement requirements and help define security scope and objectives
*Security Compliance monitoring through regularly assessing Security controls throughout the organization
*Provide specific tools/process training and admin
*Work closely with our Corporate group provided tools and process team/eGCR Archer and more.
*Develop procedures and reporting model for compliance status as well as the overall effectiveness of associated policies, standards, controls and procedures.
