- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in information and records management
- Conducted a transformation program for information management towards a dynamic and collaborative digital environment
- Delivery of organizational policies, standards and guidelines in the information domain
- Strategy definition and presentation for IM in complex, multi-platform environments
- Application of information and records management standards and best practice frameworks in large organizations (eg, ISO 15489)
- Implementation of Enterprise Records Management (ERM) processes and technologies
- Delivery of methods and procedures for cross-platform metadata management and content classification, information quality management, repository design and management, archiving
- Implementation of Enterprise Search capabilities across unstructured data platforms
- Reducing enterprise paper footprint
- Management of Intellectual Property Rights
- Implementation of enterprise Digital Rights Management (eDRM) processes & technologies
- Information technologies: OCR, wikis, blogs, BYOD, social media, cloud, mobility
- General security principles and techniques for confidentiality, integrity, availability, auditability, non-repudiation
- Application of risk management methods and techniques in large environments
