Required Professional Experience & Skills

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in information and records management
Conducted a transformation program for information management towards a dynamic and collaborative digital environment
Delivery of organizational policies, standards and guidelines in the information domain
Strategy definition and presentation for IM in complex, multi-platform environments
Application of information and records management standards and best practice frameworks in large organizations (eg, ISO 15489)
Implementation of Enterprise Records Management (ERM) processes and technologies
Delivery of methods and procedures for cross-platform metadata management and content classification, information quality management, repository design and management, archiving
Implementation of Enterprise Search capabilities across unstructured data platforms
Conducting large scale content cleaning and migration activities
Principles and application of ontologies, taxonomies, dictionaries and glossaries, meta-tagging, etc.
Conducting awareness and communication campains
Management of requirements and needs for training & E-learning
Demand & capacity management of repositories and platforms
Application of branding and style guides to adopted tools (eg, Yammer)
Reducing enterprise paper footprint
Management of Intellectual Property Rights
Implementation of enterprise Digital Rights Management (eDRM) processes & technologies
Information technologies: OCR, wikis, blogs, BYOD, social media, cloud, mobility
General security principles and techniques for confidentiality, integrity, availability, auditability, non-repudiation
Application of risk management methods and techniques in large environments
Business continuity principles
