For a project at our international client site in Geneva, the French part of Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced

INFORMATION MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT (3739)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- University degree
- At least 4 years of professional experience in information management and data analysis/reporting.
- Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills and high degree of comfort using data systems
- Ability to use macros on Excel is desirable
- Demonstrated ability in development of data repository
- Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities under tight deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
- Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams or groups of stakeholders
- Ability to ensure a high standard of precision and accuracy
- Understanding of financial concepts
- An excellent knowledge of English and preferably a good working knowledge of French, Russian and/or Spanish

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Development of new Access to Funding data repository and systems to support the information management and reporting needs of Access to Funding in the next cycle
- Support development of new application material for the next cycle
- Maintain current data repository for Access to Funding department
- Work across Access to Funding department to prepare accurate information for internal and external reporting
- Support validation of data and analysis for Eligibility List 2017
- Support tracking and reporting on KPIs for Access to Funding Department
- Working closely with other teams, supports the appropriate and timely requests for information and analysis from key external stakeholders (donors, technical partners)
- Deliver against new department priorities as needed, for example, working with Finance to reconcile the financial data for the 2014-2016 allocation period
