Information Governance Co-Ordinator (NHS)

Information Governance Co-ordinator
Nottingham/Derby: (travel required - own transport essential)
£13 per hour
3 months contract

Syntax Healthcare require an Information Governance Co-ordinator for a 3 month contract. The ideal candidate will have Information Governance NHS experience and be confident to deliver training sessions and presentations.

Key Skills & Experiences:
* Knowledge of current Information Governance legislation
* Information Governance Toolkit requirements
* Delivering presentations to all levels of staff, and able to answer questions relating to Information Governance issues.
* Understanding NHS information flows
* Experience of giving presentations and public speaking Experience of designing, developing, and implementing policy documents and training material
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Understanding of specific legislation eg Data Protection, Freedom of Information
* Awareness of national agendas eg NPfIT
* Previous experience of training on confidentiality and investigating information security incidents.
* Advanced Microsoft Office and keyboard skills and in particular PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Publisher
