Information Assurance Specialist, CLAS Consultant

Information Assurance Technical Specialist, CLAS Consultant, CLAS, CCP, ISO27001, LAN/WAN, Health.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a high profile Government Department for an Information Assurance (CLAS) Consultant with previous relevant experience in a public sector or service provider environment.

Duties will encompass:

Strategy and implementation for inclusion of new protective marking scheme

Update and formal issue of all documents affected

Strategy, negotiation and documentation of IA controls

Stakeholder support on IA enquiries from Central Government transition customers

Skills/Experience Required:

CLAS IA consultant either Lead Auditor or Lead Architect

Implementation security systems in a modern network technology environment (LAN/WAN Context)

Health IA controls

Experience of IA architectures and controls in central government

o Experience of HMG IS1/2, SPF.

o Experience of IGSoC/IGToolkit (CfH/HSCIC)

o Experience of the N3 network structure and organisation (Connectivity, Aggregation, Management, Access Control).

Formal Qualifications Required

ISO27001 Lead Auditor

CLAS/CCP or equivalent
