IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Analyze and systematically capture business processes, identify information flows and how processes interact with information systems
-Identify information assets and develop, own and maintain a corporate information asset register
-Suggest improvements to processes and systems and promote best practices in structuring, storing, managing and governing information efficiently through its lifecycle to maximize value and minimize information security risks
-Support the asset owners in the business in information governance matters and monitor, assess and improve guidelines and best practices
-Promote staff awareness on information governance standards, guidelines and best practices
-Share responsibility for the deployment and administration of the centrally managed Information Management and Collaboration tools, in line with applicable regulations and objectives
-Contribute to or lead the development and implementation of strategic information governance initiatives

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Expert skills in business analysis methodologies and tools with a portfolio of relevant experience working directly with the business
-Thorough understanding of information management, governance principles and business support services
-Proficient experience working with enterprise content management systems ('ECM' - e.g. SharePoint)
-Experience in optimizing structure of information on ECM systems would be an advantage
-Good understanding of information security concepts, practices and tools
-Working knowledge of records management principles
-An excellent command of English
