Information Analyst

INFORMATION ANALYST, ANALYSIS, DATA MODELLING, SMART DRAWING, USER STORIES, MOSCOW, TEST, SCRUM, PRODUCT OWNDER

eCRM Euro are looking for a DUTCH SPEAKING SENIOR INFORMATION ANALYST for a 1 year contract based in Den Haag.

We are looking for someone to support the team that deals with the development of a number of industrial applications of the inspectorate SZW. The applications support the primary processes such as processing reports, inspection and imposition and collection of fines. Since the team is relatively small, the work maybe wider in scope.

SKILLS

- At least 5 years experience within a complex IT landscape within the national government in conducting multidisciplinary work such as
- Information analysis and data modelling;
- The SMART drawing up requirements (User Stories) and prioritizing them aid of For example MoSCoW;
- The support or observation of product owners, project manager in Scrum development process;
- Coordinating and executing tests;
- Experience in advising users and management to process optimization and translate this into effect for the information.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (PSPO-I)
- Good command of the Dutch language in writing and speaking
- Strong analytical skills, communication skills verbal and written, structured, customer- and solution-oriented, a service, flexible and proactive attitude;
- Ability to work both independently and in teams. Can handle resistors.
- Preferably experience within one of the larger government inspectorates.
- Experience Architecture Principles;
- Conceptual knowledge of Business Administration/Business Economics;
- Conceptual knowledge of information systems;
- Experience with Network;
- Conceptual knowledge of construction and maintenance of information systems;
- Experience Design and programming tools Abap (debugging);
- Experience in Creating functional documentation;
- Conceptual knowledge of Organisational design methods and techniques;
