IDPP is looking for an Information Analyst with at least 6 years experience in complex environments for a 3 - 6 month project based in Utrecht.

Duration 3 months with option to extend

IT Operations Department is responsible for the project-based implementation of IT systems in the areas of Logistics, Transport Controls, Travel, Service and Support, and Equipment

The purpose of the function
The analyst is the functional expert, defines functional requirements, analyses requirements and documents specifications to help optimize the current system. Forms the bridge between suppliers, the business, development managers and test professionals.

You are responsible for the implementation of the following activities:

Retrieving requirements information
Analyse, validate, capture and manage the retrieved requirements
Preparation of functional specifications (which may be in the form of an RFP ) .
Document the requirements with the requirements management tooling of IT Operations
Monitoring the quality of the established requirements documentation

Education, Knowledge and Experience

- MINIMUM 6 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN INFORMATION ANALYSIS AND REQUIREMENTS MANAGEMENT in complex environments
- Experience with outsourcing projects and the preparation of documentation requirements for this
- Experience in assessing RFP offers, based on the documentation requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication in English
- Excellent oral and written communication in Dutch
- Good listener, but also able to articulate very clearly
- Flexibility to cope with a rapidly changing environment
- Can independently guide a requirements process from concept to implementation.
- Can independently elicit, analyse, validate requirements and manage documentation
