The ideal candidate will have experience in collating data from a number of different services and data sources in order to feed SLA monitoring and KPIs in performance reports as well as experience within a Data/Information Analyst capacity with strong analytical skills and data quality experience with Excel and reporting packages (Business Objects or SQL desirable).
