Informatics Project Manager

Harvey Nash is looking for an Informatics Project Manager for a 5 + month project with 60% workload in Switzerland.

The role of this Project Manager is to manage tracking and relationship. S/he will not be accountable for providing the IT solution - this is more coordination, planning, tracking and communication.

You are responsible for

. leading, planning, managing and directing IT projects and project teams according to the Project Management standards and overall clients' standards
. Ensuring project timely and qualitative delivery on budget to achieve the project's objectives and benefits
. Preparing and maintaining project plans (activities, schedules), as well as providing regular project status reports
. Tracking project progress with respect to schedule, budget, and demonstrated project benefits (Recognizing out of line situations and take measures to bring project back on track)
. Resolving scope, schedule, resource and financial conflicts
. Delivering solutions supporting PD business customers and business requirements
. Communicating with all stakeholders, management and project team as defined in the project communication plan
. Tracking and coordinating Shared Platforms migration to new target environment with the help of migration coordinators
. accessing communication materials, training, overview of mapping and migration tools and solutions
. Delivering U drive migration for PD end users by end of 2016
. Delivering mapping of folders and files (content) to the target platforms of global file shares used by PD business, to be ready for 2017 migration

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in computer sciences, software
. 5 - 9 years in Informatics project management: having managed medium size global/regional projects in multi-cultural environments
. Very good communication skills and being able to deliver within timelines
. Experience with ITIL
. Experience in using document management solutions (Sharepoint, Google)
. Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
. Experience with PMM and with the tools involved for maintaining a project (Perform, Clarity, Project Library, etc.)
. Super user in SharePoint (as a nice to have so that issues could be fixed immediately)
