INFORMATICA SUPPORT CONSULTANT
My client is a consultancy who require a support team lead to work on their customers site in Dublin. This is working on site for a major telecoms provider.
Technology: Informatica, Teradata, PL/SQL, Unix, Microstrategy
The role:
- Co-ordinate Data Warehouse support tasks with offshore support engineers
- Work with Business and Delivery teams to resolve their concerns and answer queries related to DWH
- Review deliverables prior to deployment into production
- Review and keep support related documents up to date
- Provide weekly status report to management and to customer management team
- Ensure communication channel between DWH support team and customer teams (Business and other operations) are effective
