Informatica Power Center Dev Support

For our banking client based in Giubiasco we are currently looking for a Informatica Power Center Developer

Duration: 6 months

Role Overview:

The role is providing both development (75%) and 3rd line support (25%) functions for the Investment Bank's Global Credit Risk systems, consisting of a number of high-profile global web applications, with a user base running to several thousands.

The Client team is presently split across London, Singapore and Zurich however the role involves working with people globally, including India and Singapore. Role is based in Giubiasco

This position requires:

- At least 5 years of experience as an Informatica, Oracle or Sybase Database & Basic Unix with at least 24 month of hands-on active development
- Good knowledge on Informatica (Power Centre 8.x/9.x) tools
- Good knowledge on Mapping development, Various transformations & work flow setup, able to monitor Logs effectively
- Good SQL, PL/SQL knowledge, Database concepts and structures
- Expert SQL skills, especially being able to understand execution plans
- Good data modelling skills
- Experience with all phases of the systems development life cycle
- A solid understanding of standard change control policies and procedures and experience working in an IT environment with rigorous change control procedures
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, and written/verbal communication skills

Other:

- Must be located in CH from Monday to Friday
- Fluent in English
