Informatica Needed in Brussels - 3 Months Rolling

For my client based in Brussels, I am currently looking for an Informatica Developer.

Duration: 3 months rolling
Rate: 400€/day all in

OBJECTIVES:

The ETL Developer will be responsible for making the sales figures in the client European Data Warehouse (EUDW) compliant with the accounting policy by adjusting the Informatica ETL logic and the Business Objects layer.

He/she will need strong analytical skills with a results orientated focus and good organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Adjust existing ETL interfaces in Informatica Powercenter
- Modify underlying Oracle DB accordingly
- Extend BO universe with additional objects
- Test development and hand over to business for UAT
- Implement changes in PRD
- Make sure the solution is performing, sustainable and easily maintainable
- Create clear and solid documentation
- Work closely with the various teams (EDM, BI, FP&A)

CUSTOMER USER PARTNERING:

- Develop ongoing relationships with key business users and IT Teams, to discuss solutions, plan work activities communicate progress and to drive decisions when required
- Work as one team' with the other IT teams in Europe, all channels

COMMUNICATION:

- Encourage efficient communication within the team and across IT.
- Organize efficient communication towards business contacts through regular reports, project meetings, etc.

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:

- Master degree in computer science, business administration, operations engineering or related field
- Min. 5 years of experience in a technical role with a focus on Data Warehousing
- Min. 3 years of experience with Informatica Powercenter
- Good notions of Oracle SQL
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with both technical and non-technical personnel.
