-Handle L2 activities
-Resolve L2 & L3 natured tickets
-Troubleshoot complex production issues in DI including performance issues and server configuration/issues
-Debug and fine-tune complex issues ensuring efficient business continuity

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Experience with Informatica and Qlikview
-German and English skills
-Life science experience
