Informatica Developer Job

INFORMATICA DEVELOPER needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in St. Louis, MO. Long term opportunity.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Informatica Power Center
- Informatica 9.1 or higher
- Oracle or SQL Server
- Data Warehousing
- Informatica IDQ Tools

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Design, develop, integrate, and implement related application components including Front End and Server Side implementation and database integration.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and implementation plans.
- Provide long-term perspective and strategies on the relationship of Informatica technologies to upcoming business opportunities.
- Ensure highest reliability and performance of Informatica environment.
- Work with architecture, application development and infrastructure teams to achieve a state-of-the art Informatica environment.
- Implement solutions with adherence to existing procedures and best practices. Performs system upgrades and testing.
- Knowledge of Autosys batch job scheduling.
- Will provide on call support during off hours and work closely with Teradata Managed Services team.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Computer Science or Information Technology degree preferred or equivalent.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in software development including experience with Informatica
- Five (5+) years of Data warehouse and ETL design, build, test and scheduling.
- Past experience of using Informatica on Teradata is a must.
- Should have the ability to test and debug advanced code
- Work with Informatica ETL architect and other stakeholders to understand development efforts and verify our environment can handle.
- Involved with upgrade planning, testing and implementation.
- Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork is a must and demonstrates leadership abilities.
- Project management skills
