INFONOVA CONSULTANT, INFONOVA R6 CONCEPT TO CASH PLATFORM, BILLING
eCRM Euro are currently searching for a Infonova Consultant - Technology Engagement - End-to-End Functional Specifications for IPTV and Video On Demand (VOD), including billing, provisioning, logistics and service optimisation/inventory management. Request for Proposal (RfP) refresh for the integration of the Seachange Adrenalin/Nitro IPTV platform, and the provisioning of Video on Demand (VOD), with the Infonova R6 Billing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Business/technical requirements workshops. Agile related user stories/customer journeys, and wireframe definitions for the rollout, provisioning and implementation and acceptance of IPTV and VOD services and channels.
